Membership runs from January to December, with the two newsletters (approx. 36 pages) posted to members in late Spring and Autumn. The newsletters include: patterns, upcoming tatting days & other events, a list of groups who meet regularly, reports and articles, an annual tatting competition, and more.
Renewal forms are sent out with the Autumn newsletters, however you can join or renew at any time of the year. You will receive the 2 newsletters for late Spring and Autumn either immediately or as soon as they are produced, depending on when you complete the membership application.
UK members have access to a lending library containing tatting publications.

Much of the content of the newsletters comes from your contributions. Please tell us about any functions which include tatting, exhibitions, local meetings, etc. or any other information which will be of use/interest to other members.
Feel free to attach images, however bear in mind that to be printed, they need to be of high resolution.
Please note: This item is for the year 2023 only.
Existing members, if they were previously having difficulties making a payment, can use this to pay for their 2023 membership.
For new members of the Ring of Tatters, this will result in both issues for 2023 (No. 86 & 87) being posted together to the member.
By way of apology and explanation about the recent problems with membership payments: the difficulty was triggered by a change in legislation that affected PayPal, resulting in a big pile of bureaucratic red tape for us that was very challenging to sort out. It wasn't anyone's fault exactly, but rather a collection of small circumstances that interacted in unfortunate ways, adding up to a rather knotty problem that was worse to sort out than a task of unclosing a whole tatted doily's worth of rings! It is a relief to have got the payment buttons back and working for you now.
